        I thought all metro healths have a 15min grace period,I guess not my daughter is sick needed a follow up appointment for her breathing. I guess they didnt care not to mention it was no one in the waiting room .. the lady at the desk was nice .. the doctor didnt care ..!

        THE worst place ive ever been to. i went in a week prior to schedule an appointment. i said EXACTLY what i wanted. it was a procedure to get my nexplonon taken out. the lady was rude at reception. when i come in for my appointment i waited A HOUR AND A A HALF! AND STILL WASNT HELPED. I was just being told she keeps helping other people because THE RECEPTIONIST ONLY PUT ME FOR 15 mins! KNOWING WHAT I WANTED to get done. i ended up having to walk out with all these problems still hurting me and making everything uncomfortable because i wasnt helped. instead of helping me before other patients that came after i was being pushed back and back. i walked out crying and having a panic attack. these people are horrible. and rude.
