Last year of February, I had a Tumor surgery. My experience at this Hospital was a nightmare. I had to stay in the ICU for two weeks. The surgery was not done right. I think the Doctor's was not focusing of he was doing. Some of the nurses were great. I will not go back to that place again.

Extremely unprofessional. I called the fertility clinic to ask about pricing and the receptionist took down my social security number and date of birth without ever scheduling me for an appointment and told me Id get a call back which I never did. Its been weeks now.

5 star for visibility only! You will get bullied to pre-pay for your services which means you will over pay because you are paying before your insurance pays. I am no longer a customer of this hospital due to this bullying by staff to pay in advance before I have an adjusted bill. I paid all my bills but I was sick of being lied to and spoken to harshly to pay hundreds to thousands in advance that I did not owe. They are trying to trick people into overpaying. The staff is incredibly rude on the phone and when you go to get diagnostics you will be asked to pay $2k in advance and they get mad if you refuse. They lied to my mom and told her she needed to pay a copay she didnt have and forced my dad to overpay. Dont pay until you have your insurance pay!! The staff says they need to take money in advance because others dont pay their bills but thats not my problem! Im not paying in advance to compensate for someone else who didnt pay a bill, thats not my responsibility! All my doctors left UH and are at Cleveland Clinic so thats where Ive been going!

My daughter was seen by Dr.Howard Wang and he is a good doctor. All the nurses were good and took care of my daughter well. However, the experience with the billing department, medical records departments are not good. Many times the details for pre authorization were not sent for the insurance company on time and we had to call multiple times to sort out the issue. This was very stressful. Another nightmare is the Medical Records department. I have made the payment in December to get my daughters medical records and still haven't received the same after multiple follow ups. I have even wrote to patient Advocacy twice now. But no resolution yet(as of 03/04/24). I don't know if we will ever go back to this hospital for any future needs, considering how stressful our experience was.
