        This school is phenomenal! Great family atmosphere and very positive. Workouts are challenging and instructors are quite knowledgable and supportive. Highly recommend it to any Chinese martial arts practitioner.

        This is an amazing school and the instructor is patient and good with the kids. He takes time to explain and show them how to do the forms and exercises, and also teaches some good values along the way. A really good place to take the kids or if you are a beginner, learn some valuable self defense techniques and exercise. Highly recommend and reasonably priced. There is also a really good coffee shop downstairs.
