This is the 2nd time I stopped to have something done. Excellent and very knowledgeable and helpful people. Tech was quick and good with the work. Highly recommend this facility.

I had a safety recall, on a brand new RV generator, which needed to be done so I called to schedule an appointment. I have to call 3-4 times before they picked up. After giving them all of the recall and generator info, they then said they did not have parts and they would call me back to schedule it. I didn't hear anything after a few weeks and, since this was a recall involving a leaking gas line, I called them again for a status. The person who answered basically rudely said 'Don't call us again, we will call you'. I am paraphrasing but that was the basic gist of it. I waited another month and never received a call. I called another dealer about an hour and a half away and within 5 minutes I was scheduled. They knew exactly what recall I was talking about and didn't need any more info. Just finished that appointment and they were very courteous and really went out of the their way to get me in and out, made me feel comfortable and gave me a ton of usage info to save me money down the road. Not sure if this is typical but this was my experience.

I just needed generator parts. They had what I needed, but very slow process to locate them in the computer. I understand much better for diesel engine parts. Also, very expensive, but genuine parts. Overall satisfied.
