FDC is a company we have relied on for years of machine repair. At our manufacturing facility, lost time due to a down machine is time lost in production and potentially a shipping shortage to customers. FDC has a dependable and knowledgeable staff, always looking out for us and getting the job done in a timely, cost effective manner. When we start a repair job with FDC, an upfront lead time is always provided and updates are giving throughout the repair. Communication and customer service is at the forefront of FDCs values and it shows through their work. We are very pleased with the rapport built with FDC over the years and would recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable machine repair company.

FDC Machine Repair is a new vendor for our business but we couldn't be happier with the results of our first project with them. We had a press that wasn't working properly and they took the time to come out, evaluate and understand the issues we were having and provided a quote quickly that on it's face seemed a great value for the work we required. FDC Machine picked up the press, giving us a 4 week lead time and stayed in communication during the process. On week four our press was delivered back to us and not only were the issues resolved but the press was working well beyond our expectations. At Montville Plastics quality and customer service are core values and we can see that these same valued are shared by the team at FDC Machine Repair. They did excellent work, provided amazing service and kept their promises which let's face it, is now exceptional in today's business environs.
