9pm pizza still never maid it. When I called at 9pm they told me my deliver guy had gone home and offered to refund my money and still bring my pizza.I called back at 10pm because of course still NO PIZZA.The only thing the guy could say was

This was the WORST service ever for the Plano location on Dallas Parkway. I ordered by pizza online at 630 PM. They say 70 mins, at 8:15 I called they told me my pizza was on the way and should be here at any moment. I had to call back again at 9pm
