Weve been going to DeWitts for many years and have had only wonderful experiences! The staff is friendly and professional, Evan is incredibly knowledgeable about jewelry, especially diamonds.

The owner is very rude. You can tell he doesnt sell anything based on his attitude, he barely acknowledged me. I came in to sell a Rolex, he barely looked at the watch, picked it up and dropped it down saying he wasnt looking for ladies watches only mens. I dont recommend anyone coming to him, hes bad business, terrible attitude.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and service is polite and professional and their products are of the highest quality. I ordered my wife's wedding ring to be custom made to my specifications to match her engagement ring and their product surpassed every expectation.

Super rude! I went in to sell a 14kt diamond ring and he refused to even give me an offer! Was in the store less than a minute and he was kicking me out. I hate to pull the race card but definitely felt he was being racist
