If youre looking to start a new account and ask a few questions this is not the location for you. I called the 800 # to schedule an appointment & was told to do a walk in. I walked in & was pointed to a tablet, no further direction available & no description of accounts available, just told to decide whatever it is that Im looking for. To ask any startup questions, whats going on with investing?? Is not available unless youre already a client with an advisor assigned to you. Myself & a different man walked out with no accounts, discouraged & a bad first experience

Very nice and big. Just one person in the lobby. Had to wait a little bit to be helped. The representative was able to get my check deposited and someone brought the deposit slip out to me. There were a lot of parking spots compared to the old place.
