hi my name is Joyce Lipnosky and I worked with one of your helpers Logan was his name. He was extremely helpful and getting rid of some of the passwords and the fraudulent activity that was going on my phone that was leading to me into a danger and he helped me through all of it. He stuck through it for an hour, resetting my phone for me and I cant say how much he is a value to your company, I just thank you so much

Delonte was very rude said that i wasnt able too get my equipment its been a hella of a phone call with spectrum rather its the customer service 800 line or the store location argues with the spectrum rep over the phone i walked out with no service no wifi no anything currently on the phone trying to get my refund back because dealing with this company has been terrible !!! 0 communication one person says one thing the other says something else .

Went in to the store to get phone service the African American lady was very rude she shoved her screen in my face I have eye problems and when I said I want to talk to the manager he look like he didn't care about nothing one thing I know about people is they just there for the money so why should they care or treat people with respect. When you treat gods child wrong karma will get them and let me tell y'all this when karma knock at your door remember me
