State Industrial Products

Was in the interview process and came across a glitch in their testing. I couldn't move forward. That's fine and all. Jobs are dime s dozen However, the recruiting partner, Mr. Richard Sheetz decided to ghost instead of acting like a leader and letting me know they had to move on with other candidates. Waste of time. Update your junky test and coding. I am using the latest tech. Unprofessional to say the least. However, based on other employees reviewing the the company, it looks like I dodged a major bullet. Their testing is archaic to say the least. I felt like I was taking an SAT type test. Do you want someone who can peddle your chemicals successfully or do you want someone who can pass your IQ test? Smdh...

The team I work for is great. Not an easy job but with the support of my co-works it makes it enjoyable to work. The flexibility to run your own territory and ability to make in commissions and bonus is amazing.

I took a one day observation and training with Kyle Ough here in Toronto Canada,The Gentleman is an amazing Trainer, weather or not I take Job it wouldn't change a thing about I feel about Kyle amazing way of training and the quality, power and fragrances of this company amazing products,The Customers couldn't wait to see him,, everytime we arrived to his customers they were so happy to see him that in fact at the en of the sale conversation 95 of the customers wanted more of these amazing products and customers wanted to listen to him more and more,I felt like we were visiting Family which in fact your customers are your family if a product is not good to your family they u should presented to your customers..Kyle is serious when is time to be serious but he is very fanny when there is time to be funny...I learn a huge amount of sales techniques from Kyle...I though I was a top gun salesman Kyle thought me how be better and I'll love to learn more for Kyle if I have the opportunity.... The Industrial State Products are amazingly So good that some of its disinfectants fragrance you can literally use as cologne...the Drains cleaners are super good to keep your drains clear of obstacles specially heavy greases... I have many trainers in my sales Career but Kyle can take for a ride of full Product knowledge and sales techniques. Giovanni Caba.

Products dont seem competitive to others. I almost worked there but they put me through 5 interviews tk waste my time, including send me on a 8 hour job shadow that was not paid.
