        I ordered a small part from this company on 12/21/23 and was finally able to get an answer today telling me that they shut down for the holiday and I will have my part 1/5/24. I was hoping for a new reliable supplier, will continue looking.

        They had my parts and provided full support - I'm thrilled! My humidifier was made in Canada and it's about half a decade old and needed a new filter/cylinder and other small parts. HVAC BRAIN to the rescue. They knew my unique foreign humidifier and HAD THE PARTS. They are a godsend. Thank you. Dry winter won't be a problem here. My home is steady at 45% humidity. Perfect climate control. Services: HVAC system maintenance, Heating system maintenance
