        Staff not providing mouth care and shutting doors on patients when they dont want to hear them any longer. When you question things they limit your visit times. Big RED FLAG. I worked with hospice patients a very long time and this place concerns me. Reports have been filed.

        The facility is spotless and the staff went above and beyond, answering questions and gave exemplary care to my grandmother. They stayed with her until the end. They were comforting to her and us. If you have someone that needs excellent care, this is the best place ever!

        This place is absolutely amazing. They took outstanding care of my father during his final days. Carolyn was especially communicative and really went out of her way to help my father and me get through a difficult time. I would rate Malachi House 6-stars if I could!
