        Totally screwed up an appointment for a ride to the hospital. As a result the procedure had to be re-scheduled the following month endangering my health. This is a classic case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. I would rather die than use this service!

        To celebrate my 1 year anniversary with Home Instead I'd like to share what a great experience working for them has been this past year. I have met and worked with a staff who have been professional, supportive and caring like I couldn't have imagined. The clients I have had the opportunity and privilege to care for have truly touched my life in unexpected ways. The continuous paid training I received has prepared me to deal with the needs of my clients with confidence. The flexible schedule is perfect and allows me to have the time I need for the other things in my life. Pay is competitive and there are multiple opportunities for bonuses and extra shifts when my schedule allows. It's truly been a great experience for me! Grateful for this opportunity to serve those who need some extra care!
