At Allied Integrative Health and Wellness the staff are really friendly. They offer flexibility around patients schedules. Dr. Whetstone is really nice and explains things in terms you can understand. With all that they offer I was able to try a variety of services that would help me the most. I have found a difference in the chiropractic care in adjacent to the physical therapy and even found that the dry needling has been beneficial. I'm starting to feel like myself again. Allied Integrative Health and Wellness has so much to offer. They're a fully functional medicine clinic. In addition to the chiropractic and physical therapy, they also offer massage therapy, rehabilitation, dry needling and even stem cell therapy. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They are flexible in that they work around their patients schedules. From day one there is an approach that engages the patient to provider partnership and they're really out to achieve the highest expression of health and well being of their patients. I would rate a 0 if I could. Bought a Groupon, and was told I had to split it up into 2 sessions on 2 separate days. Called to make my appointments more than a month in advance, was able to make them consecutive days. I work 2 jobs, and had to request time off from both jobs for 2 days each for these appointments. They called me and left a message the day before my appointments and told me I had to reschedule because the masseuse wasn't scheduled those 2 days. HOW CAN YOU NOT SCHEDULE A MASSEUSE FOR APPOINTMENTS THAT WERE MADE MORE THAN A MONTH IN ADVANCE?!?!?! I called back, and spoke to 2 women, and they were both INCREDIBLY rude and outright disrespectful! By the end of the call, I told them to just cancel my appointments altogether! I'd rather lose out on the money I paid for the Groupon than to ever use their services.

I am very disappointed in how this practice has handled me. After making a decision to discontinue with moving forward with my services, they got mad and refuse to give me a copy of my medical records. I had to basically file a complaint the Ohio Medical Board after sending several emails with no response. Angie is nice when you start, but this chick is really a witch. She is very mouthy, rolling her eyes and pointing her fingers and as a matter fact. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! This place will try and force you to use their attorneys for capital gain or because they get some sort of kickback. On busy days this place gets so busy and folks are just standing around until the can get a table, but yet they billing the insurance companies as if you received a full 1 hour visit. In many cases if they see this as a more legal case they will try and get you to pay these bills out of pocket.......AND WHEN YOU DONT PAY RIGHT AWAY.....FORGET ABOUT GETTING RECORDS OF YOUR HISTORY.... THIS COMPANY IS TRASH.
