I got connected to this company through my Home Warranty insurance. It took about a week to get them to look at my water heater that was not dispensing enough hot water for more than 3 people. When their technician came, he ruled that my water heater needed replacement and the one I was using needed to be disconnected for safety reasons and a report would be sent to the insurance. It took them another one week to send the report, after several calls. Finally, the insurance gave approval for the replacement. Since then they have not reached out to me, despite trying to reach them severally, but getting to voicemail instead. I eventually had to call the insurance company who then tried to reach them. After about 50 minutes they finally succeeded, only to be told that they needed price variation. All the while they left me in the dark. This is not the right way to treat customers. It can be frustrating to be without hot water for such a long time. This is my story, and it is left for the customers to decide what they want. Service: Heating system installation
