Dr. Windham is incredible! During the initial appointment, she takes time to listen to your entire history, asking thoughtful questions and making sure she has the whole picture first. From there, she outlines what's going on and makes recommendations that you can start immediately and revisit at your next appt. She's very responsive via email and you can tell she has her patient's best interest in mind - whether it's working with you to implement realistic lifestyle changes, making several recommendations so you can decide what works best for you, or finding clean supplements that you can actually fit in your budget. Most importantly, she understands balance and prioritizes a holistic approach so that you're actually getting to the root of health issues, not just managing them. Definitely recommend for anyone interested in solving any underlying health issues or just hoping to take a more natural approach to health and wellness!
