Didnt notice till after I got home my beard was super uneven on the right side. I thought the girl was nice enough, but for $37 I couldve saved it and screwed it up myself. Im sure this idea would create a lot of stalkers, but itd be nice if there was a lineup online that told you who was working that day, instead of walking in and walking right out because you know this artificial redhead is gonna make you look like a lopsided freak.

The app would not let me sign in online. So I had to wait for over an hour in store. Although the staff is very friendly, they seem to be very under staffed. I wish it wouldnt have taken so long to get a haircut. Extremely disappointing having to wait that long especially after coming off a 12 hour work shift. Despite being friendly and pleasant, both staff members went into the back and left me and 3 other customers waiting for over 20min before they came back out to cut our hair
