FITWORKS Cleveland

I love Fitworks but this gym is just disgusting. I dont know what Dave the owner is doing here. The bathrooms/showers are horrible. The shower curtains have mold on it, the flooring is cracked and the walls are peeling showing mold and Ive taken photos/videos as proof and I will be forwarding them around until something is done here. I have been a long term customer to Fitworks across the board but this specific location is trash. For 3 months I have been coming to this downtown location and Ive spoken to Dave repeatedly about my concerns. A lot of us have. It falls on deaf ears apparently. This cannot continue. I genuinely hope he sets this straight once and for all. Have some shame? Your attendees are your friends not your enemies so please while good gym etiquette is for everyone to do their share its also contingent upon the gym to lead the way in managing the cleanliness of their gym and this is not the case here. Please Dave do better. I will continue to forward the photos of how dirty this place is until something is done.

Had an 8:00am appointment for a tour that was supposed to lead to a free month. Well after a half hour of waiting for some incompetent liar named Dave, I just left. If the manager isnt capable of making an 8:00, something even most teens are capable of, then theres absolutely no way this guy has it in him to manage a safe, clean up to date gym. Finished with this place before I even got started. Hope it gets bulldozed and becomes a new taco bar

DO NOT, REPEAT, DO NOT GIVE THIS GYM ANY OF YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION. If you want to sign up for a membership and they will let you pay cash as you go, then do that as a last resort. When you attempt to cancel this gym will tell you that you are inactive and continue to charge you, then when you call and ask why you are still being charged after they said they would cancel your membership, they will act as though they do not know you, claim that they "need to call corporate to get it straightened out because payments go through another company", ignore your calls if they know it is you calling, and you will have at least a 3 month headache unless you cancel your credit card and/or your bank account number. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT INFO to get the discount on sign up. You will end up having to close your bank account to get them to quit charging you. I have reported this gym to the Better Business Bureau of Ohio.
