        It was very busy today but never the less I made it out.

        This store has gone downhill. Customer service needs major work.They need to limit how many lottery tickets that can be purchased or at least get new equipment. Some customers stay and play the lottery for at least 30 minutes without thinking of those standing behind them. My heart goes out to the poor clerk whos in charge of the desk. The restrooms are filthy. Theres never more than two registers open at any given time. The only positive things about this store are the closeouts, great employees, and the pharmacy.

        Customer Service counter staff are awful. They purposely put up signs saying Lottery is down, so they don't have to handle Lottery sales. When you question them, they admit it's working and didn't want to handle sales.The Lottery should remove machine and scratch off tickets from this store.
