What really hurts is that there is a bedbug epidemic here and lots of personal funds are used getting rid of them. I'm a senior and am more than grateful for the discounts offered to we old folks! Just got a notice from HUD saying that our rent will be increased in order to maintain the property standars, to cover upgrades to apts , and upgrades to common areas! Getting really scary nowadays.

HUD ! There is ( OUT DATED HEATING ) Where I'm at ! Base board heating by boiler system !!!!! ( OUT DATED ) Foster garden apts. In Elyria ohio ( lorain county ) I WANT some thing done about it !!!!!!! I pay ( $700.00 ) a month ! The boiler system is a 50 to 100 gallon tank of water !!!!!! OUT DATED !!!!! THEIR NEEDS SOME THING DONE ABOUT THIS !!!!!!!!

I also stay in a hud building and with all the disable people the property It's shameful. It's a routine thing died nothing to keep the building in a safe and sanitary condition. I called the Cleveland office and they don't return phone calls. This is why the squalor continues in these building because there's no oversight. No one to keep the property owners in their toes. The jive annual inspection but it's not a real inspection. It's something HUD just does to say they've done. It's a joke. But I'll call everyone in town until something is done

I live at a hud build in cleveland.when something is wrong in my apt I'm told there is nothing wrong.so unless I call someone to come out and fix it it won't get fixed
