        We waited in the ER for three and half hours. We didnt even get seen and decided to leave. When I asked what was going they just said yeah sorry were busy. If you actually want care, dont go there.

        My dad was recently admitted in the hospital for 3 days and not one time was his bed changed or was he helped to clean himself. He was not given his medication and my mom had to bring his medication. The nurses were not helpful and did the bare minimum. If I can help it my dad will NEVER return to Southpointe hospital.

        The service is not good at south pointe. The E.R is dirty and nasty. I feel that they never treated my mom for what she came in for. The nurse gave her warm water to take with her pills. He never came back to check on her. We got there at 2:00pm and been there since 10:00am. The experience at this hospital was not good. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.
