I am truly sorry to express my disappointment on this establishment. It is failing dramatically in such a short time. Customers are very unhappy with service, the interaction with the staff. The kitchen has many complaints, consumer's are complaining about the staff, the food in general, not being prepared properly, not being fresh or even pavailability of items. The younger workers especially the females that work with the food are getting to complacid with their jobs...becoming rude and unprofessional and attitude when customers ask a valid question (also a feeling of racist behavior

If I could leave zero or negative stars, I would. I was really low on gas, so I stopped here on Saturday and PREPAID inside the store. I went out to pump the gas and the pump was not on. I went back inside the store and told the cashier that the pump was not on. The cashier and the manager told me that I would have to wait for my bank to complete the charge. I told them that the only thing that needed to occur was to actually turn on the pump so that I could pump the gas that I had already paid for. They refused. I was told that I would have to physically come back the next day to get my money back. The charge completed Sunday afternoon and I was charged $36 for gas that I did not pump. I have been calling my bank, the police, and their disconnected phone number sinceAll because I was silly enough to think that after you PREPAY for gas inside a store, you should be able to pump it that same night. When I went back into the store the second time, a customer stated that the same thing happened to her and it took 7 business days. The cashier replied that she was lying and that it does not take that long. Well, (1) it looks like Im on track to meet that estimate and (2) this should not be a regular occurrence. PLEASE do not use these gas pumps. I will be filing reports today. Now, Im having to spend all this extra time attempting to get my money back for what should have been a simple transaction.

I was here on Tuesday evening with a friend who was trying to fill his tank when the pump shut off before allowing him to fill. It only allowed him to get some gas, but kept charging his debit card. I went into the Mart Bp and asked the attendant if there was a problem with "pump#8", he replied, thank you. I went back out and told my friend, who went inside to find out why the pump shut off,but kept charging him, the attendant got rude and beligerant with him and told him to leave. My friend asked again why he was getting charged and not receiving gas, the attendant then started throwing stuff at my friend and screaming obscene and racial remarks at my friend. We took pictures of the pump an the BP gas mart and left. Other customers who witnessed this also said they were having similar problems while others just arriving said they would just go elsewhere. The point I am making is the BP on Fleet Ave. is ripping customers off. Beware before you purchase gas here.
