I recently visited the Tremont location to purchase a BOP. The girl behind the counter was more interested in her cellphone than assisting with me with additional plant purchases. I gave them 4 stars only because the store it self was a whole vibe. Also because when I called what I believe was the other location they were able to locate my BOP at the Tremont location. The lady that assisted me on the the phone was very helpful and pleasant to speak with.

Fives stars for a few reasons!!. Im big on customer service bc I myself work in a industry where how you treat people will make the difference in sales and just overall period!. The moment I called in I knew I was calling the right place. The owner was extremely helpful over the phone, informed me on all the things that couldve been wrong with my plant. Once I took it in, the young lady walked me through a few scenarios and they repotted it for me, added a bamboo stick for structure, and didnt charge me that much!. Overall just good energy folks in this place and I can tell they care about what theyre doing!. Ill definitely be buying all my future plants from this place!!.
