We had a couple set backs but overall Tim, Nilsa and the crew made things right to be able to pass inspections. We are pleased with our 24x24 garage but not happy with the little pool in our driveway. . UPDATE... Almost a year later and we have always noticed that the $5,000 extra cost for 4 cement squares hold water after each rain. Tim thought by grinding through center of indents the water would drain under cement to ground. Well it does not!!! We know it's probably no longer under warranty and Platinum will most likely not do anything so we haven't even bothered to call them but want you all to be aware that they're not professionals at doing additional cement work. Unfortunately we needed the additional cement to be able to access our new garage. It's embarrassing when we tell people we paid $5,000 for this. ***I DID REACH OUT LIKE TIM ASKED... I called Tim per his comment here and spoke to him on 10/5/23 to set up a day and time for him to come out to observe and fix the problem, he told me he'd call me back after looking at his schedule but he has not called me back as of yet. I will post here if I ever hear from him. ***UPDATE 10/20/23 Tim has NOT contacted me to fix the flood problem. **UPDATE 11/22/23 Tim replaced 2 cement squares but after fixing that pool of water another smaller pool appeared on the 2 slabs closer to the garage (see photos). He sent someone out to grind. Grinding did not fix pooling completely and made new cement slabs look terrible. He tried at least.
