They were kind and professional, but they are not handicap accessible. They do a wonderful job taking care of your loved one and I have no issue with them at all. The issue I have is solely with the building itself, it is ill equipped to accommodate persons with physical disabilities. If you have visitors that are elderly or have physical disabilities this is not the place for you. I hate to even say that because they are so nice here, but this is an issue you might not think about until it's too late, and it could make what is already a terrible situation even worse.

The best in such a difficult time. Everything happened fast & details were perfect. They handled everything before a big snow storm hit. My Mom looked wonderful for everything she went through. I couldn't ask for anyone to be more accommodating in such a difficult time.

I would never recommend this funeral to anyone, they broke my heart in many ways, I couldn't bury my mother, she passed away January 17th 2018,she was 72 years old, I went to them because of the ratings and reviews and because she lived right around the corner she loved going to St. Rocco's festival, not knowing how cruel these men are and disrespectful they are, when I went to do the arrangements, it was hard enough being there, I tried my best to come up with another $4,138.00, but I couldn't, we have no family and my mother only has my brother and myself, they wanted the money by Sunday January 21,so I decided on cremation, My mother was paying a life insurance for over 26 years not knowing that all she got was 2,000 dollars from it, so just imagine how we we're treated, of course they wanted the 2,000 and more for a cremation, but that money doesn't mean anything to me, what matters is what happen after that, Monday she was cremated, Wednesday was a Mass, which by the way was a joke, He tells me to be there by 5:30pm, So we went the church was locked, I'm looking across the street thinking it might be there I saw people in the funeral home, but it can't be Mass should be in church, minutes after, I see A. Ripepi crossing the street with my mothers urn, nothing in the church was ready for my mother, for when we got there, I paid for flowers and they had none for my mother, they used the other persons flowers, the cards were wrong and he did not fix anything on the website, so other people showed up in Middleburg Heights. I feel that I was discriminated, because I couldn't pay for an expensive funeral.
