My sister passed away on August 4,2023.Her service was on August 18th.I was disappointed and saddened because she looked nothing like her self.l know that she should have looked better but l guess that is the best they could do.l don't know if she was preserved so that when it came time for the staff to do what needed to be done,l feel that they could have done a better job.I will remember my sister for what she looked like before. she looked like b

I interacted with the owner at a recent service while in Cleveland and me being in the funeral business I was totally astounded and disturbed and hurt with the words that came out of his mouth in front of family and friends. This man has no empathy at all and lacks respect for the church with all that profound language he was using

I have personally never used this service nor have I worked with the staff. But, one of my good friends used the service and I was very disappointed. There was a stench during the time of viewing the body!

Very unprofessional. If you dont know the right questions to ask and things to do, dont expect to be guided. Dont expect a nice, sweet conversation about anything. Very offputting and doesnt seem to show any type of empathy especially in a position and time such as this. If you need something after everything has been said and done, they tell you to call back and you do and they say the same thing. Especially a funeral receipt. Only one person can get it and the owners cant even help. Ive called in months ago and then last week and then today. I have been told different things each time. Now apparently there is certain hours in which she is there, which wasnt told until now and Ive made it clear these items are needed for an appointment we have tomorrow. If you can afford to go elsewhere for a funeral, do it. Unfortunately we didnt have that luxury and we definitely paid the price.
