I told Pieter this in person, but I think it is worth repeating: Pieter is like the Da Vinci of florists. He sees the world from a totally different lens. When you work with Pieter and his team, they create a beautiful and romantic feeling based around what your describe. His team does an incredible job translating a story into a beautiful visual scene. I would describe his team as being kind, caring, thoughtful, empathetic, and brilliant. I've attended an event and worked with Pieter and team on my own wedding and I couldn't recommend him more highly.

We were faced with the sudden need to do a remote order from Los Angeles for a floral arrangement to be delivered the next day in time for a memorial service in Cleveland this past May. After having some frustrating dealings with a couple of national floral delivery companies which were completely overpriced and ultimately couldn't do it in time, we were incredibly lucky to find a local floral design studio called Pieter Bouterse Studio in Cleveland. Erin, who took our phone order, was absolutely amazing - so professional, efficient, and kind! She understood what we wanted ("cheery but not too loud") and got their floral designers to squeeze our order in when they were busy with a huge event for The Cleveland Clinic. The floral design was stunning (yes, Erin sent me photos too!) and reasonably priced and was delivered on time! We are so grateful!! Angels do exist :)
