Lowes sent this company and they did a terrible job, every seam is visible, not stretch, holes in corner's, staples in stair threads some many issues. Lowes is not being very responsible. Bad customers service WARNING WARNIG WARNING.

This company installed my carpet and did a terrible job. They sent the most inexperienced and unknowledgeable crew. After 8 months, the carpet had bumps and got loose.They came the second time to stretch the carpet but after a few months it got loose again. For the third time, I had to contact them and request a repair. This time, they wanted to charge me almost $400 to correct their bad job. They said their warranty it’s only for 1 year and for a high traffic area we are supposed to tighten the carpet every 8 months. But the job was done in the basement, where we have the playroom and three other rooms. The playroom is for two toddlers (2 and 4 years old). They don’t even weight more than 40 pounds together and the other three other rooms are for storage. We never go there!!! Also, the installation was done 17 months ago. Our previous carpet was 35 years old and never had an issue. Our new carpet is only 17 months old and had three unresolved issues. We definitely don’t recommend this company. Stay away from them!!!
