        Today I'm sad to say that my payment was paid on 1/13. It show's it was withdrawn on 1/16 from my account. Today is 1/17 which is the actual date they give you as a grace period. The withdrew last night and are still charging a late fee... I'm in hardship and these people are relentless. I've never missed a payment on any credit I have in over 8 yrs of building my credit. And you want to take me when I'm down? These banks are the worst! Avoid getting a loan here no matter how desperate you are!!!!

        Absolutely worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Couldnt give me a deferement because my problems werent considered a financial hardship. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. This place is a joke.

        I called them 10 times to help me with auto pay they said go to our website and set up the auto pay, unfortunately there website doesnt work for my account and keep saying error!!!

        Theyre thieves and liars. They made a mistake and tried making me pay for it. I closed my account and they said it was closed. Then proceeded to charge me overdraft fees even after they told me it was closed. They overdrafted me 250$ then sent me to collections. Im close to suing because this is theft. They made the mistake now I have to pay for it.
