Doordash order: Order not started until I arrived. I had to wait 25 minutes for them to make the order the first time. Then, they had to remake the order because they gave it to the wrong driver. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, I was informed they had not even started remaking the order yet. Both Mayfield Road locations should be de-platformed. They have both been problematic for a long time. The store is not following the correct order of operations. It should be delivery, drive-thru, then dine in. They are doing drive-thru, dine in, then delivery last.

Quite literally the worst Taco Bell anywhere lol. Ive lived in South Euclid for 5 years and every single time I have come here my order is wrong, I wish I was exaggerating. They take forever to make the food and the employees, on multiple occasions, have mentioned not caring or purposely taking a long time because they dont want to be there and they hope it will deter customers. We keep giving it chances because theyre close by and I work late shifts and dont always have the time to cook but atp its annoying and not worth the trouble. Theyd be better off closed atp lmao

Crispanadas looks and tastes like its been sitting out both yesterday and today. Rude employees. Had a mobile order specifically be handled to me at the drive thru and they made me get out of line

What happened to all the nice employees? Now they seem more interested in talking amongst themselves, loudly swearing and trying to not make any eye contact with customers. While waiting for my food I saw another customer come in and leave since nobody greeted him. No smiles, no friendliness. Might as well replace everyone with robots for all the customer service they are providing. Also, when was this place cleaned last? Every surface was dirty and greasy, and the floor looked like it hadn't been attended to since the snow melted off over a week ago. If the lobby is this filthy, how dirty is the kitchen? Well quite dirty from what I could see from the counter. It is obvious that the bare minimum of effort is going in here and it's sad to see another place like this left to rot. And we wonder why business is suffering?
