Please if you are seriously hurt do not go to this ER. You will spend over 5 hours in the waiting room with an IV in your arm trapped here . Getting no help. No answers. While my partner is bent over in agony from Kidney pain. This is the most inhumane place i have ever been to. The lady behind the desk gets attitude with everyone and aggravates the situation. No one knows what they are doing. This is the most ridiculous emergency room to ever try and seek medical attention from. Please please please choose a different emergency room!

My sister was left in her room with her monitor beeping for 10 min and no on came to help till I came out and said she needs assistance

After waiting 4 hours, this place send my daughter home knowing she has kidney stones and nothing for pain or meds to help pass it!
How about CC quit building and take care of your ER!!

If you want help here you have to fall out to get attention If I could get zero stars I would my mother is left to sit in waste with a burst ileostomy the receptionist Gigi is loud nasty rude and condescending. Witnesssed her yelling at countless patients that came including one who was begging for immediate help and who passed out in the waiting room

My visit to the E R department was by far the best experience during my left leg cyst diagnosis and removal . At 2 am The staff at the front desk greeted me warmly after a 3.5 hour drive from our home near Dayton ,OH. .I was visibly in excruciating pain and very quickly registered into the ER by an extremely compassionate nurse mamed Linsey , who quickly showed us to a room and a robe was offered and a curtain pulled.
Following this we were promptly assigned a nurse who took vitals and warmly included my partner in the conversation. the E R Dr Heather also participated in co ordination of the tests
The next shift nurse Gabe was very genuine and the next shift Dr Travis flawlessly overlapped and continued testing along with a visit from ortho. Consuela and ehab performed ultrasound and x ray s andDwight wheeled me to these visits. The next er shift overlapped and Ashley was quick to wheel me to ct and check vitals , after this was moved to observation where Mike and Annette continues after laura ended her shift andLisa, freda and malea were there to assist.the ortho team and ir team worked to fix my fluid revomoval ,Great overall experience and all of your associates were helpful and genuine
