Miles School

As a former substitute at this school, all I can say, in all of my years of teaching, this is by far the worst school I've ever taught in. There is NO reinforcement of rules or guidelines, there is no no help or direction from administration. It took MONTHS to get on the principal e-mail list, months to get parents phone numbers, 98% there was never any security available, and I gelt the kids were way behind where they should have been academically. Children were rowdy, rude, ill behaved, foul mouthed, menacing in behavior and language and it seemed an expelling did nothing but give them a mini vacation because they came back worse. As a substitute we were overworked, underpaid, and vastly under appreciated 97% of the time. I would NEVER go back there, ever! The majority of the problem I feel lies with management there it is JUST VERY LACKING!
