They dont answer the phone! Made me wait 45 minutes and didnt answer! So I had to hang up! This happened to me twice on different days! And now they are charging me more for my dentures because I got upset with them because they never answer the dam phone! Also. My immediate dentures are terrible. Please avoid getting any dentures from them. Theres a place that manufactures them out of Detroit and they are just terrible. They dont tell you you cant eat with either. They dont fit my bottom gums and never been able to wear them properly since Ive gotten them! Had to pay over $1200 for these and they wont give me my money back for any of it. Ive gone back to them four times to have them reset and all that but theyre just too big into my mouth. They rub up against my tongue I cant talk I put glue on them to hold them in place, but my tongue keeps hitting them. they pop off my gums. These people dont care! They dont treat you like a patient. They treat you like a customer and thats it. So please stay away from this place!

This practice is great . I accompanied my friends mother on her appointment with Dr.Mara who provided an excellent service. She was very patient, polite gentle and in a short time she resolved the problem. Also the front desk ladies were very welcoming and polite. We were also helped by Dr.Elida who was genuinely friendly and capable while professionally answering our questions. While there we also had the attention of the program director who showed to be very humble and caring while making sure everything was going well. I highly recommend this place based on my experience.

Called 3 times to figure out why they haven't called in my mom's pain meds. she an appointment at 8am today to get her teeth pulled. Left 15 mins after 9 called the pharmacy they were never called in. Here it is 1pm still no medicine and no one is picking up the phone at the metro dentist on Lorain. Why have a phone if you're not picking in the calls ?

My son has been seeing Dr Cooperider who we love at Metro for the past 2 years. He was to go have an appointment yesterday and attempted for 10 minutes to find a parking spot and could not, The parking lots across the street all have signs saying no Metro dental patients can park here and cars will be towed. He attempted to call the office while he was in the parking lot and of course, cannot get through to any human being on site. While sitting in the parking lot waiting for someone to leave he had another car push him out of the parking lot. Unfortunately, my son has high-functioning autism and hasn't experienced such hostility before and was scared to even get out of his car to check for any damage at the time. When he finally got through to the dental clinic or someone at Metro he was informed that he had been canceled as a patient. Now Dr. Cooperider has taken out all of my son's teeth and he has had terrible difficulty with the denture canceling someone because you have inadequate parking seems to be not very patient-friendly. Unfortunately, such an outstanding dentist as Dr. Cooperrider is even working there. The removal of the dental clinic and dentist from my chart decision of Metro Health makes it impossible for patients to have any contact with their dentist. I even attempted to call the ombudsman yesterday and after being on hold for 35 minutes simply gave up. Whatever, an administrative change occurred in the last year you have destroyed a wonderful place with a great dentist, who understood how to work with an individual with autism who never liked dentists until Dr. Cooperrider. @Metrhealth you can do better. Stop building new buildings and care for the ones you have so patients can access services.
