        The staff communicates very well. The staff is very thorough. I feel safe leaving my child in their hands. My child is always excited to walk through the doors. I love the family and community engagement as well. The Nest focuses on the whole child. They provide learning opportunities for parents to explore a plethora of topics regarding health and habits. These learning opportunities are taught by experts. Parents are also well informed through the app, social media, weekly newsletters and also the monthly newsletter. We absolutely love The Nest at Shaker Heights!

        I love The Nest in Shaker. All of my daughters teachers are kind and engaging. They all say hello when they see her and they clearly love kids, which is more than I can say for a couple other places shes been to daycare. The location is great and I love the building and play areas too!

        Weve been here since August and have been so pleased. Its clean, the teachers are so calm and kind, and they are always improving the center! I get several pictures and updates a day which I really appreciate. Overall very happy and plan on keeping my kids here until they start kindergarten
