        Called into BCU and spoke with Benjamin and he was such a pleasure to work with. Very informative and took his time to work with me as if I was in the branch. He went through so many scenarios and took his time to educate me. I really appreciated my experience speaking with him. His customer service exceeded my expectations for this call.

        On holidays you shouldn't have to wait til Friday to get your funds. On veterans day it came in on Wednesday. What happened bb to Thanksgiving and other holidays. I am not happy about this. This Credit Union needs to improve in this area.

Files are sent with Posting/Settlement dates that determine when funds are received. We have a variety of cash flow solutions that we'd be happy to discuss with you.
