Had three back-to-back scheduling issues with this place. Canceled my appointment at the last minute, mixed up who my dentist was, and then scheduled and confirmed me for an appointment that I showed up for on a day they werent even open. Never received a call or an apology. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

It's not the place it use to be. They use to care about you now its about the Benjamin's $$$. I've found a better location.

I don't even know where to begin. The time they left me a voicemail mid-week to reschedule my Saturday appointment? And when I called back they told me "it was all good" and that they would see me on Saturday and when I showed up to the appointment they said they called to reschedule? No, let's start with my 8 am appointment this morning. I show up at 7:55 am for my cleaning and to let them know a tooth they did a filling on 6 months ago chipped. But when I showed up this morning the door was locked. So I waited a few minutes since Google said they opened at 8. Long story short, about 7 of us with appointments at 8 am or 8:15 am stood there talking on the porch, sharing horror stories about poor service, the disjointed staff, scheduling errors and how they clearly take on more clientele than they can handle. We shared these stories until the 8:30 appointments starting rolling in. As the porch was clearly looking the kind of hazard the fire martial might shut down, we decided to take off. If you don't have insurance and have a dental emergency then Hylan is perfect for you. They will work with you to get things accomplished. However, if you do have insurance and can choose another provider I implore you to do so. They are always overbooked. If you have an 11:00 clock appointment you won't be sat down until 12:30 just to have someone tell you that you don't floss enough. 7 more people will rotate through the room just to do shoddy work which will keep you coming back.
