Randa is someone I would go to again and again. She helped design and supervised the building of a custom Mantle. Turned out gorgeous. Then a year later or so she contracted to finish my basement. including a bedroom and full bath. With her degree in structural engineering she gave great advice and paid very close attention to all the details. She kept watch over the sub contractors to make sure their work was the quality that she promised. She is trustworthy and kind and does the job right. I love my basement and my mantle. Randa is responsive, knowledgeable, timely, and affordable! Without a doubt the best contractor we've ever worked with -- transparent and upfront with regards to changes in scope/cost and a real partner with problem solving to stay as close as possible to the budget. And beautiful work, to boot! Highly recommended.

Randa is very detailed oriented, very experienced and will not leave a job until it is perfect. She does a great job, doesnt matter what she is working on. Her people are of the highest quality. I would refer her to anyone without hesitation!
