Update (4/6/2023) The abandoned wrecked Kia soul is still in the same visitors parking space, unmoved in over 9 months. The electrical wires to the lamp posts are still exposed, patches together with tape and above ground. IMHO the HOA here is useless and nothing more than a money organization under the guidelines of a property management service. The balconies are still a wreck, need repainting in additional boards replaced. But have yet to have been looked at again as they're first cheap as possible attempts to at least make it look better. Failed miserably. And what was replaced was replaced with bare wood, which was never painted and is already starting to warp in weather. The parking spaces are ridiculously tight, and require more maneuverability than should be required to get into them because of their size. The wood walking paths to the yards are completely deteriorated in some places. Overall I would never recommend anyone living here, especially for the costs. Original: This place needs a full building inspection. There are electrical lines partially exposed above ground with just electrical tape over what someone would assume are electrical connections or joints (regardless of whether or not this is a little voltage or not it does not need to be above ground). The second floor decks around the entire place are shot and dry rot. They did an in-place attempt at replacing some things. Horrible and shoddy workmanship done where they did. Cement and brickwork needs to be completely reworked in places. Anything that was painted is completely peeling or has already peeled off. Leaving behind what is now rotting wood. The wooden staircases at each apartments are also degraded. Circling back to the lights for a moment no one bothered to actually forethought into the type of lights or light bulbs they put in. The new common area post lights are blinding and ridiculous for the areas they were put in. With some of the areas still not working such as those in the distant parking areas. The HOA in this place is horrific and useless. Without acknowledgment or voting increased everybody's rates by over $220 per month to cover the costs of a roofing project that they never did. And instead of reducing that right back down to zero they've decided to keep it to use that money quote unquote another projects that have never been done yet, talked about or even discussed. The parking lot has abandoned cars that the HOA are unwilling to deal with. Case in point there has been a damaged black Kia soul in the visitor's parking lot since June of 2022 that has never moved. The condos themselves, are thinly spaced apart. And while there is a no pets clause. Multiple if not at least a third of the condos all have dogs. Of which have owners that refuse to take responsibility of the dogs barking profusely throughout the day and night or leaving behind "messes" in the comments basis. So if you are looking at this place to live I highly advise you to look elsewhere.
