CMIT Solutions of Cleveland Downtown & East

I have been using CMIT Solutions of Cleveland Downtown & East for a number of years now. Having dental office with specific dental software, I thought I had to be with a IT company that specializes in the dental industry. CMIT Solutions of Cleveland Downtown & East offered to do a Network Assessment to audit our IT infrastructure. Based on the Assessment and what CMIT had to offer, I decided to switch over to them and glad I made the change. I appreciate the time that they provide to discuss our needs and their proactive approach. I would highly recommend CMIT to any dental practice or small business who is looking to change their IT company.

The entire team at CMIT Solutions was so fantastic to work with. I was having issue with using Word on my Mac. I had taken my computer into the apple store, been told to work with the apple tech support over the phone, then told to call Microsoft. At one point I had both the apple tech support and Microsoft tech support working together to try to solve the problem! Long story short I spent 20+ hours on a phone with various tech support folks that couldn't figure out this problem! I was at the end of my rope and met the folks at CMIT Solutions at a networking event. I am so glad I worked with them through this problem! They were able to diagonise the problem quickly and clearly. I felt they really listened and wanted to help! I highly recommend them to anyone that has tech issues. They are friendly, efficient and clear.

CMIT Solutions provided excellent service in helping me with a computer issue that was impacting my ability to work effectively. CMIT Solutions of Cleveland Downtown & East has truly helped me onboard a new employee. They were able to utilize their partnership with Dell to get us new laptops and have them all set up and ready for my new hire to start working on her first day as a remote worker. Knowing my data is protected and backed up properly gives me peace of mind. Their quick response time shows how much they care about their clients.
