        I spend plenty of time tracking down issues with bad products, so it pleases me to write a review where I am simply following up to say Micro Center's products, personnel, and support are beyond reproach in my opinion. I've been following up on a latent item for over a year and they have been prompt and responsive after lengthy delays on my part. Rarely do I have to start from scratch explaining my issue, and nobody spend an hour of my time referring me to the FAQ page because they don't have the expertise to help. Five stars. I would buy their product with a known issue over another's with no issues and a warranty.

        Help there is sub par. Conduct your research before attending. Tech knowledge in the PC parts area is not that great.
