        I called Euclid sewer department this morning around 8 AM, and they sent two gentlemen out to snake my sewer line by 8:30 AM. I just like to complement them on how courteous and professional they were. They also marked my trap so that in the event, the plumber or the city has to come back out they dont have to look for the trap. Its clearly marked. Thank you for the customer service today.

        Why has my water been shut off for 5 hours now.no word it was even getting shut off. No word as to when its coming back on..

        My basement is flooding and I have to wait until morning to get service. Out of ALL taxes we pay Euclid doesnt offer 24 hour sewer service.
