        The overall clean was good , but I took my van in specifically for the mold on the seatbelts to be removed and cleaned and they just rolled the seatbelts all the way back up so I wouldnt see that they didnt even clean them AT ALL. Just would have appreciated some honesty if that wasnt something they could clean.

        Jose, Rico, Mike and the rest of the crew are very skilled at what they do. They always go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your service. I've taken multiple cars here to get detailed and got my tires from here. They also have auto sales and mechanic on duty.

      I understand your concerns, and I want to clarify the situation regarding your vehicle. When you initially brought your vehicle to us, we identified it as having been affected by flooding. Given the nature of flood-damaged vehicles, we advised that extensive interior work might be necessary, potentially involving the removal of all interior components, to effectively address the damage. We committed to doing our best under these circumstances. However, for a resolution that might involve further warranty or sale-related issues, I recommend contacting the dealership from which you purchased the vehicle.
