I scheduled a same day appointment and was sure to write in the message box that if they were unable to fulfill the request, to let me know ASAP because I was traveling over an hour to get there. I am from Pittsburgh, so I wasn't familiar with the area, and got lost. I called to let the stylist know, but no one answered. I left a message and continued my journey. I couldn't find the building when I finally arrived, so I had to call in again. The owner, who was very pleasant, answered and said she was off, but she was going to call the stylist who was supposed to be taking the appointment. Please note: The building is green with black awnings. It is next to a church. The very small sign is on the door and there is a "FOR RENT" sign on the building. It is very easy to miss. I am adding this Information for those who will need it in the future. Sadly, I never received a call back. She could have had the common decency to let me know that no one would be coming. I patiently waited 25 minutes and called her again to follow up. My call went to voicemail again. I left a message and left. Worst customer service ever. Not professional. Not organized. Not communicative. Not my kind of people.

Was very disappointed with my hair, my daughter had to show me that my tracks was showing, too much money sloppy work.
