This shop and the shop owner is a god sent, we came to Mr. Mack thinking it a starter issue and instead of trying to play us and take our money he informed us that it was the in fact the battery terminal cable wasn't on tight enough. And to add the icing to the cake while we waited thankfully he has a convince store with a kitchen so I was able to enjoy some wing dings and fries with a nice cold can of soda

!!!SCAM!!! After months of service and thousands of dollars later, car didnt make it down the street. Apparently theyre notorious for ruining vehicles and taking advantage of people so jokes on me for not doing my research. Please save your time and money and go anywhere else.
