        Brian Eisen is a very clever, fearless, and compassionate medical malpractice trial lawyer. He is the best in Ohio. For this reason, insurance companies want to avoid facing Brian at trial and therefore he often gets his med mal clients great results through settlement or mediation. But if you are going to trial, you want Brian and his team at your table. I do not refer my clients with medical malpractice claims to any other lawyer anywhere. If the case is worth taking, I send it to Brian. If he says it's not a good case, then it's not a good case. I would trust my parents with him.
