Chap and his colleagues were very professional and did a fantastic job with my case. I was involved in a car accident that set me back in more ways than one. The entire process seemed overwhelming at first, but Chap continued to keep me updated through the process and listened to my concerns and requests. He was flexible with times to speak and meet with me as I have a hectic schedule but that did not deter from open communication.
