I ordered two custom corn hole boards from this studio as part of a group order through my organization. They claimed to have dropped them off at my house but I never received them. No delivery confirmation or alert was sent. I checked in with the studio about 1.5 months later when I noticed they never arrived. Uber drivers and delivery folks often get lost finding my house because my numbers are not clearly visible so I thought maybe the owner had just gone to the wrong house. However, instead of taking any accountability or apologizing, the owners insisted they were 100% sure they dropped them off at my house. They said I was welcome to order new boards at full price in the Spring when the studio reopened. I have deliveries and Amazon boxes left on my front door hundreds of times a week and nothing has ever been stolen. I also have a Ring camera and a loud barking dog. There were 6 people in my house the day they claimed to have delivered them and not a single person heard or saw them and there was no movement on my Ring recordings. They also made false representations to the organization I am part of and claimed that I (the customer) was the one truly at fault for not notifying them sooner. They said they could have talked to neighbors if I told them immediately (despite not having notified me when the delivery was made). I'm not sure how speaking with neighbors could have helped if they were confident they had the right house? They also took no photos of the finished product so who even knows if they made them at all?There are many honest and struggling small business to support during this pandemic. This is not one of them.
