    I will update this review as appropriate. We bought two downdraft ovens for over $ 7000.00 plus another $ 1,500.00 in install costs that was on us and separate. One oven had no problems. The other, had a small dent on top in a key area. Install guys were great, pointed it out, documented it, ordered a new one. The part came delivered to our house. I took off work to meet the repair guys since they only work during business hours. They unboxed the part to find it was damaged. Repeat this sequence of ordering and unboxing damaged parts....three more times! I missed work three times, and the 4th time I just called the repair guys to cancel our next day repair since I opened the box before the appointment. I called KitchenAid several times and Snow Brothers several times. I'm not making this up. The parts are shipped with little to no packing, and no one is willing to work past 5 pm. So as you can see, quality and customer service are well below par. I think the Ohio Lemon Law may be applicable here, but I hate to have to invoke that. Finally, since we had to cut granite countertops for the install...our trim job for the granite has been on hold for two months. After two months of ME, not Snow Brothers or KitchenAid trying to work a fix, I'm posting this to elevate the problem. Be warned. It's been another week, and after Snow Brothers said they would "call me back" that has not happened. I did receive another 3 boxes of the same identical repair part they cant get installed. I changed the final star rating from 1 to 4. This is to be fair, and give credit to the manager who stepped in once things got elevated. The challenge with the one oven was addressed in a fair manner.

    We have been very pleased with Snow Brothers. In the last 3 months we had to buy a stacked washer/dryer and new refrigerator. Our salesman, Steve, was knowledgable of the products he sold us, the selection of the products was good, customer service was friendly and thorough, and delivery by Anthony and Jeff was exceptional. They were all friendly, paid attention to detail, were willing to answer our questions. The cost was competitive with the big stores and we are very pleased we dealt with Snow Brothers.

    We purchased the GE refrigerator with bottom freezer and French doors, 27 cu ft. So far so good. I love the amount of space which will fit large or wider items like trays and large pizza boxes. We opted out of the outside ice dispenser which gives us room on both doors. Temperature adjustments are made to the degree so no guess work. The install was excellent! Anthony and Jeff did a fabulous job, very conscientious and careful, yet the job was done fairly quickly considering all that they did! We would definitely recommend them and are Very happy with the refrigerator!

    Needing a new refrigerator, I wanted to shop local hoping the service would be better than at a big chain with all service handled by subcontractors. Unfortunately, thats not how it went. The sales experience went well enough. Joe answered my questions and handled me poking around the floor models without any issues or pressure. I left uncertain, found the specific model I wanted elsewhere, and returned to buy here because this part of the experience went so well. Two weeks later, when the new fridge was delivered, things went less well. The two delivery guys were insistent that my old fridge was too large to fit through my doorway, going so far as to imply I was lying about having brought it in through the same doorway when I bought it. They were not especially cooperative or professional, so I left it at that and took them up on the offer to call back to the store for pickup once I got the fridge outside myself. That happened the next morning, as it was the soonest I could get a buddy over to help me. The two of us got the fridge out through the same doorway without much effort. When I called the store (now Friday morning), I was told it would be Monday before anyone could come pick up the fridge, and they were hoping scrappers would pick it up before then. The City of Lyndhurst wound up grabbing it that afternoon, saving Snow Bros. from having to deal with the old fridge at all. During that same call, I mentioned that I had hooked up the water and found a leak within the line to the icemaker within the freezer door. I was told to expect a call back from the company that handles warranty repair within about an hour or so. By the time I got that call, days had passed, and I had gotten annoyed enough to order the replacement part and fix it myself. Tl;dr: I bought a new fridge here hoping for that small local shop service. After a decent sales experience, the delivery and follow-up service was severely lacking. Im also in the market for a new range, but I definitely will not be buying it here.
