    We needed a garage fridge for overflow and to hold my big baking projects. Because its in the garage we didnt want to pay for a brand new fridge. We also werent exactly sure what we wanted/needed. Rob showed us a bunch of options and we ended up with a brand new Samsung fridge at an unbeatable price. The delivery was smooth and the guys were nice and respectful. I would definitely purchase again and have referred many people.

    RUDE AND THREATENING OWNER ROBERT- I purchased a dryer in February 2024 with a 90 warranty, I had issues changing the temperature on the dryer and called customer service to schedule a service. When the technician arrived, he showed me why the temperature wasn't working properly, and how to adjust it. He left with a disturbed disposition because he felt like "nothing was wrong with the machine and I wasted his time". The next month In march, My dryer stopped rotating and I called customer service to schedule a visit for that upcoming Monday. The technician never showed up. The next day on Tuesday, A technician called and said they were on the way here. After looking at the machine, I was told I needed to purchase a belt. I was confused because I believed that the warranty would cover that since it was purchased about a month ago. I called customer service to inquire. I was told the warranty was only for 30 days and that after the 30 days I had limited warranty, I was also told because I called before and nothing was wrong with the machine they should charge me a fee for that. I grew concerned that there was a point system being counted against me for needing help but I still purchased the belt at $25. The next day I tested the machine out and it still was not rotating properly so I called customer service to explain the situation. I told the representative that I was concerned to have someone come back out because it sounded like it counted against me to get help. She explained that everything was fine and that I was covered and someone would be out the next day. Today the service men came to see why it was stalling on rotating, tuned up the machine and left. I than received a very angry and hostile phone call from the owner Robert who said "You have been sent a service $35 fee because nothing is wrong with the machine and if you do not pay it we refuse to do business with you." and proceeded to hang up in my face. It was a very threatening call. Overall I am dissatisfied with this service.

    Highly recommend. Great prices and professional delivery & repairs. We actually had an issue with the first washer we purchased and after trying to fix it twice, they went ahead and replaced the washer we purchased with a nicer model. Everyone was easy to work with, and you cant beat the value.

    My stove randomly broke last week. I needed to find a nice one for a decent price. I stumbled upon this place on google. Great place, a wide verity of options with great prices. Customer service on point too! I bought my stove from here this previous Saturday and I had just gotten off work and they were about to close but they stayed open long enough for me to make it there and get the stove I wanted.

    So we bought a gas dryer from plug last summer for extremely reasonable price they delivered it took my old one set it all up and it has been fantastic ever since their delivery people are excellent I just bought a fridge from them that they'll deliver this week again for an extremely reasonable price with a reasonable warranty it's rare to do business with people like this anymore which is a sad thing but these people are awesome

We delivered a dryer to you on 2/21/24. You called into the shop 2/22/24 and said that none of the temp settings were working on the dryer. I hate if a customer calls in with an issue with any item that we have sold them especially as soon as they receive it. I'm also a technician, so I decided to make sure you were addressed the day you called into the store. When I called you, I tried to ask if you were referring to the fact that you can't change the temp if you're rotating the knob from normal, to delicates, to permanent press, etc. but the temp is adjusting with the different settings that you're rotating to. Then the only setting that you had free range to adjust the settings is timed drying, then that's totally normal. You proceeded to then tell me that I'm not understanding what you're saying and that I needed to come see what you were saying and you didn't have time to explain it over the phone. When I get to your residence, I proceed to show you that what I tried to explain over the phone is accurate and you didn't understand how a basic digital dryer performs. You tell me "how was I supposed to know" and my dry sarcastic response was "if you would've listened to me before I drove all the way over here then you would've known". You then call in to the shop the morning of 4/2/24 and tell us that your dryer is not spinning. Yes we REMIND YOU of our 90 day warranty policy where we cover everything for the first 30 days and you cover the part the last 60 days. (We say our policy at checkout, it's on your receipt, it's posted in our store and it's on our website, it's not points against you; it's just policy). The last time I check 2/21/24 and 4/2/24 are more than 30 days. You then say "well this is the 2nd time you're coming out for this dryer, it's a piece of crap". My secretary reads to you that "customer didn't know how to operate the dryer" as the notes in our system and you get upset that we worded your intelligence in that manner. We can only dictate the facts of the situation, sorry if it hurts your feelings.We sent a technician out that day to take care of the dryer belt. He indeed found a broken dryer belt and charged you $25 for the belt. At the time the technician told you the price, you became disrespectful with your words and your lack of wanting to pay for the part. You finally paid, the technician fixed it and left. You called in at the end of the next day and said that the dryer is not working again at all and is a piece of crap. We apologized for the all the inconveniences and tell you that we will get out there the next day due to the time in the day that it was when you called. A different technician came out today 4/4/24 and didn't "tune up" anything. He ran it first and showed you that it was a perfectly running machine, then he even took it all apart and visually inspected the inside and parts in front of you as you watched him the entire time. To the point where you asked him if he put "all 6 screws back in the bottom of the dryer". When this is reported back to me that we prioritized your care, geographically went out of our way and you're taking up technician time, yes I called you and told you that there would be a $35 trip charge. Yes I did hang up on you, when you argued the $35 charge. I have learned that before I say anything out of line it's just best that I hang up, I don't think you would've wanted to hear what I really think/thought of you.You can call me disrespectful, threatening, mean or whatever other adjectives you choose to use. All I know is that you're not going to waste our valuable time with false accusations and think that it doesn't come at a cost. So, if me saying that we will not conduct business with you any more until that $35 is paid is mean and threatening, then I will be all of that and more. Thanks and you can gladly take your business elsewhere.
