Hi Trinity Stevens, thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent experience. We are disappointed to hear that you are not satisfied with your visit. I do realize that when you resided at University Studios you had leased our freshman style studio. This particular studio is the smallest in square footage that we offer. We do have 4 styles of studios at the complex ranging from 320 sq. ft. to 481 sq. ft. and have recently added over the past year additional floor plans. We now have 9 one bedrooms 500 - 600 sq. ft. and a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with balcony suite 1821 sq. ft.in our portfolio. All suites do include all utilities- Including cable services and NEWLY upgraded Wi-Fi throughout the building.

There are numerous possibilities and sources for water damage or leaks in your apartment. Things you should watch out for include Overflowing bathtub, leaking ceilings, leaking refrigerator, flooded toilet, and broken pipes. Most water damage issues come from faulty appliances, broken pipes, or forgetful neighbors. This is very unfortunate, that you experienced water leaks in your suite. We are very proud that we offer 24-hour emergency maintenance in our community. We hope these issues were handled professionally and effectively during your previous stay. With timed and functional gates, security cameras within corridors, parking lot, and in outdoor spaces, we try to help residents feel safe. But at times, the gate was not functional, and a repair company had to be called for services. During these unforeseen times, the gate was left open so residents may have access to park their vehicle. We have since extended our security officers hours. When the office is not open there is a security guard on duty. We hope you are willing to give us another chance.
